1. Agreement to Terms

These Terms of Use ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User", "you") and K. Agency LLC, a Delaware limited liability company, with its registered address at 16192 Coastal Highway, Lewes, Delaware 19958, United States ("Company", "we", "us", "our"), governing your access to and use of the fullCV.online website, platform, and all related services (collectively, the "Service").

By accessing or using the Service, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, you must not access or use the Service.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 16 years of age to use the Service. By using the Service, you represent and warrant that you meet this age requirement and have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement. If you are using the Service on behalf of an organization, you represent and warrant that you are authorized to bind that organization to these Terms.

3. Account Registration and Security

To access certain features of the Service, you must create an account. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration and to update such information to keep it accurate, current, and complete. You are responsible for safeguarding the password and any other credentials used to access your account. You agree not to disclose your password to any third party and to notify us immediately of any unauthorized access to or use of your account. You are responsible for all activities that occur under your account.

4. Description of Service

fullCV.online provides an online platform for creating, editing, managing, and publishing professional curriculum vitae (CV) and resume documents. The Service includes, but is not limited to:

• CV creation and editing tools with structured data entry
• AI-powered writing assistance for professional content generation
• Multiple professionally designed templates with customization options
• PDF and DOCX document export functionality
• Online profile publishing with shareable links
• Multilingual CV creation and translation features
• Analytics and link tracking for published profiles

5. User Content

5.1 Ownership. You retain all rights, title, and interest in and to the content you create, upload, or submit through the Service ("User Content"), including but not limited to personal information, professional history, skills, and any other data entered into your CV documents.

5.2 License Grant. By submitting User Content to the Service, you grant us a limited, non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, store, process, and display your User Content solely for the purpose of providing, maintaining, and improving the Service. This license terminates when you delete your User Content or your account, except to the extent required for backup, archival, or legal compliance purposes.

5.3 Responsibility. You are solely responsible for the accuracy, quality, integrity, legality, and appropriateness of all User Content. You represent and warrant that your User Content does not violate any applicable law, regulation, or third-party right, including intellectual property, privacy, or publicity rights.

5.4 Prohibited Content. You agree not to submit User Content that is defamatory, obscene, fraudulent, harmful, threatening, abusive, or otherwise objectionable. We reserve the right to remove any User Content that violates these Terms without prior notice.

6. AI-Generated Content

The Service incorporates artificial intelligence ("AI") features that may generate, suggest, or modify content for your CV documents. You acknowledge and agree that:

• AI-generated content is provided as suggestions only and you are solely responsible for reviewing, editing, and approving all content before use
• AI-generated content may contain errors, inaccuracies, or biases and should not be relied upon without review
• We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or suitability of AI-generated content for any particular purpose
• You are responsible for ensuring that all content in your CV, including AI-generated content, is truthful and accurate
• The use of AI features does not transfer any intellectual property rights in the underlying AI models or technology to you

7. Subscription Plans, Payments, and Billing

7.1 Free and Paid Plans. The Service offers both free and paid subscription plans. Free plans may have limitations on features, exports, and other functionalities. Paid plans provide access to additional features as described on our pricing page.

7.2 Payment Processing. All payments are processed securely through Stripe, Inc., our third-party payment processor. We do not store your complete credit card information. By making a purchase, you agree to Stripe's terms of service and privacy policy in addition to these Terms.

7.3 Pricing. Prices for paid plans are as listed on the Service at the time of purchase. We reserve the right to change pricing at any time, provided that any price change for existing subscriptions will take effect at the next renewal period after notice has been provided to you.

7.4 Subscriptions and Renewals. Subscription plans automatically renew at the end of each billing period unless cancelled before the renewal date. You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings or by contacting us at support@fullCV.online.

7.5 Credits. Credits are a prepaid unit of value used to access premium features of the Service, including but not limited to PDF exports, CV publishing, profile page creation, and AI-powered translations. Credits are consumed immediately upon use and are allocated to cover third-party AI processing and infrastructure costs incurred on your behalf. You are solely responsible for managing and spending your credits. We recommend reviewing available actions and their credit costs before proceeding.

7.6 No Refunds. All purchases of credits and subscriptions are final and non-refundable. Because credits are used to pay for third-party AI processing, cloud infrastructure, and other operational costs that are incurred immediately and cannot be reversed, we are unable to offer refunds for any purchased credits — whether used or unused. Subscription fees are likewise non-refundable. You may cancel your subscription at any time through the Billing page in your account settings to prevent future charges, but no refund or credit will be issued for the current or any prior billing period.

8. Intellectual Property

8.1 Company IP. The Service, including its original content (excluding User Content), features, functionality, design, source code, logos, trademarks, and service marks, is and remains the exclusive property of K. Agency LLC and its licensors. The Service is protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

8.2 Templates. CV templates provided through the Service are licensed, not sold. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the templates solely for creating your own CV documents through the Service. You may not redistribute, sell, sublicense, or reverse-engineer the templates.

9. Prohibited Uses

You agree not to use the Service to:

• Violate any applicable federal, state, local, or international law or regulation
• Create CVs or profiles containing false, misleading, or fraudulent information
• Impersonate any person or entity, or falsely claim an affiliation with any person or entity
• Interfere with or disrupt the integrity or performance of the Service or its infrastructure
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Service, other accounts, or any related systems or networks
• Use automated scripts, bots, scrapers, or other automated means to access the Service
• Reverse-engineer, decompile, disassemble, or attempt to derive the source code of the Service
• Upload or transmit viruses, malware, or other harmful code
• Use the Service for any commercial purpose not expressly authorized by these Terms
• Resell, redistribute, or commercially exploit the Service without our prior written consent

10. Third-Party Services

The Service may integrate with or contain links to third-party websites, services, or content that are not owned or controlled by us (including, without limitation, Stripe for payment processing and third-party AI providers). We have no control over, and assume no responsibility for, the content, privacy policies, or practices of any third-party services. Your use of third-party services is at your own risk and subject to the terms and conditions of those third parties.

11. Termination

11.1 We may terminate or suspend your account and access to the Service immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason, including without limitation if you breach these Terms.

11.2 You may terminate your account at any time by contacting us at support@fullCV.online or through your account settings. Upon termination, your right to use the Service will immediately cease.

11.3 Upon termination, we may delete your User Content and account data in accordance with our Privacy Policy, except to the extent required by law to retain certain records.

12. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, IN NO EVENT SHALL K. AGENCY LLC, ITS DIRECTORS, OFFICERS, EMPLOYEES, AGENTS, AFFILIATES, SUCCESSORS, OR ASSIGNS BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING WITHOUT LIMITATION LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, USE, GOODWILL, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES, RESULTING FROM (A) YOUR ACCESS TO OR USE OF OR INABILITY TO ACCESS OR USE THE SERVICE; (B) ANY CONDUCT OR CONTENT OF ANY THIRD PARTY ON THE SERVICE; (C) ANY CONTENT OBTAINED FROM THE SERVICE; OR (D) UNAUTHORIZED ACCESS, USE, OR ALTERATION OF YOUR TRANSMISSIONS OR CONTENT, WHETHER BASED ON WARRANTY, CONTRACT, TORT (INCLUDING NEGLIGENCE), OR ANY OTHER LEGAL THEORY, WHETHER OR NOT WE HAVE BEEN INFORMED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGE. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID US IN THE TWELVE (12) MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM.

13. Disclaimer of Warranties

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED ON AN "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" BASIS WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, WHETHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, NON-INFRINGEMENT, AND COURSE OF DEALING. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, TIMELY, SECURE, OR ERROR-FREE, THAT THE RESULTS OBTAINED FROM USE OF THE SERVICE WILL BE ACCURATE OR RELIABLE, OR THAT ANY DEFECTS IN THE SERVICE WILL BE CORRECTED.

14. Indemnification

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless K. Agency LLC and its officers, directors, employees, agents, and affiliates from and against any and all claims, damages, obligations, losses, liabilities, costs, and expenses (including attorney's fees) arising from (a) your use of the Service; (b) your violation of these Terms; (c) your User Content; or (d) your violation of any rights of a third party.

15. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

15.1 These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Delaware, United States, without regard to its conflict of law principles.

15.2 Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Service shall first be attempted to be resolved through good-faith negotiation. If the dispute cannot be resolved within thirty (30) days, either party may submit the dispute to binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of the American Arbitration Association. The arbitration shall take place in Wilmington, Delaware. The arbitrator's decision shall be final and binding.

15.3 For users residing in the European Union, nothing in this section shall deprive you of the protection afforded by mandatory provisions of the law of your country of residence, including rights under consumer protection legislation. EU residents may also bring proceedings in the courts of their country of residence.

16. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify or replace these Terms at any time at our sole discretion. If a revision is material, we will provide at least 30 days' notice prior to any new terms taking effect, by posting the updated Terms on the Service and, where practicable, sending an email notification. Your continued use of the Service after the revised Terms become effective constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

17. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is held to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect. The invalid or unenforceable provision shall be modified to the minimum extent necessary to make it valid and enforceable.

18. Entire Agreement

These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy and any other legal notices or policies published by us on the Service, constitute the entire agreement between you and K. Agency LLC regarding the use of the Service and supersede all prior and contemporaneous agreements, proposals, or representations, written or oral.
